Policy Lab "Energy Communities in Croatia"

This is follow-up event after the first Policy Lab in February 2022 and it was organised on the 30th January 2023 in Zagreb, Croatia. The main aim was to present the I-NERGY project objectives and engage stakeholders, Energy regulatory agencies, faculty members, DSO. It was organized by ZEZ and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering.

The topics discussed are the following:

  • Status of energy communities in Croatia
  • Overview of EU regulatory frameworks
  • Mapping of barriers and potential solutions (focus on energy sharing and collective self-consumption)
  • Conclusions and next steps
